As an allergy cooking specialist and Caribbean Chef, Janice Weir-Germia will share with communities how to cook on a budget, for specific dietary needs, and creatively.
It is Chef J’s aim to leave a legacy in USA that will enable Job Creation and Growth of health and well being in especially Marginalized communities. This could include How To Grow your own Vegetables and WILL include making your own bread.
