With his newest venture – the Norfolk Kitchen Lab – Jacoby merges fine cuisine with social innovation by offering 3 different platforms through which culinary enthusiasts can live out their kitchen aspirations: providing a fully equipped prep area for rent, cooking classes and teaching the finer points of nutrition and healthy eating, and a once a month 7 course round table meal prepared by the best chefs in the 757 area. All produce is fresh and selected from 4 neighboring greenhouses that support local growers and provide the best quality food for his customers.
